• Initial intake:  $130

• Return visit:  $90

• Packages and hard time benefits are offered at Lindsey’s discretion.

Covid-19 Policies

• Clinic cleanliness is a priority. High touch areas will be disinfected regularly.

• A HEPA filter will run at all times.

• Masks are required to be worn at all times. Masks will not be provided, if you forget your mask you will forfeit your appointment and be asked to pay the late cancellation fee. While masks signs are not posted in the building, please be respectful of our community and wear mask in stairwell, elevator, and hallways.

• Please wait in your car until Lindsey is ready for you. Lindsey will send a text message when it is your turn.

• Initial visit intakes are held online to gather information. If receiving acupuncture that will be scheduled at that time in order to reduce the spread of germs. Payment is expected at the time of the intake, if receiving acupuncture that will be scheduled during that visit.

• Please answer questions from health screening (emailed to you the day before your appointment). If for any reason you answer “yes” to any question, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible. Any late or last minute cancellation fees will be waived.

Insurance

At this time I do not accept health insurance, I can give you a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I do accept most MVAs (motor vehicle accidents) and workers compensation claims.

Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the day that could have been filled by another client. As such, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $60.
