Fiber Bread
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
1/3 cup hazelnut flour (can sub almond flour)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup psyllium husk powder
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup flax meal
2 tsp sesame seeds
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian herbs
Wet Ingredients
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 1/4 cup boiling water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Line loaf pan with parchment paper
In medium size bowl, combine dry ingredients
Add olive oil and water to bowl
Mix until well combined and dough forms
Add to loaf pan, pat down
Bake 60 minutes, cool completely before storing.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator or slice and freeze
