Fiber Bread

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup hazelnut flour (can sub almond flour)

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1 cup psyllium husk powder

  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds

  • 1/3 cup flax meal

  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian herbs

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 1/4 cup boiling water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

  • Line loaf pan with parchment paper

  • In medium size bowl, combine dry ingredients

  • Add olive oil and water to bowl

  • Mix until well combined and dough forms

  • Add to loaf pan, pat down

  • Bake 60 minutes, cool completely before storing.

  • Store in airtight container in refrigerator or slice and freeze
